HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We offer a tiered pricing system for all styles to accommodate all order sizes. The more units you order the more you save. Get a price list by requesting a FREE Quote

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?

None! We now allow any number of units to be ordered. Orders of 20 units and over get FREE postage within Australia too!

HOW DO I WORK OUT MY SWIMSUIT SIZE?

We offer a size chart to be used as a guide. We also have size kits for hire pending availability. You can request the kits once a quote has been issued.
Kit hire requires a security deposit. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A CUSTOM DESIGN?

It only costs $99 (inc gst) to get a custom print designed for your team.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Orders of 20 units and over get FREE postage within Australia. Normal Australia Post postage rates apply to orders of 1 -19 units (Approx. $6.95 - $17), with DHL being our preferred international courier service. Shipping prices will be quoted upon ordering.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE MY ORDER?

Approx. 4-6 weeks from time of order confirmation and deposit received. Delays can occur so please allow up to 10 weeks. 

I NEED MY ORDER FOR A PARTICULATE DATE, CAN YOU GUARANTEE THE ORDER WILL BE READY?

Unfortunately, because all pieces must move through each stage of production at a certain pace, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We can only go as fast as humanly possible. However, in saying that, we will always try and prioritise orders for specific dates while in production. We do recommend to submit orders well in advance though. Please advise us of your dates required so we can work together to try and achieve it.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Orders of 19 units or less, are required to be paid in full before production can begin.
Orders of 20 units or more, require a 50% deposit with the remaining amount due before dispatch. 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Once we've confirmed your order, we will issue you an invoice which you can pay online or via direct deposit. 

DO YOU HAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER?

No, we do all customer service online. The reason being is this allows us to better manage our time. It means we can manage your quotes, orders and requests more efficiently. It also means we have a record of all ideas, changes, invoices and orders on file.
